Placing an order is simple:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Browse product offerings.
  3. Select the desired quantity for each product and add it to your shopping cart.
  4. Once you’ve added all the items, go to your cart and checkout.
  5. Review your order details, select your preferred shipping method, and confirm your purchase.
Multiple convenient options to enter your order:
  1. Promotions Tab includes special added value packages available for a limited time.
  2. Collections Tab includes individual product details with photos, descriptions, ingredients and more.
  3. Order Form Tab allows traditional order entry. CSV Upload perfect for those who manage orders offline or use a separate PO system. Online Entering quick entry option requiring only product number and quantity.

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll see estimated delivery times during checkout.

Credit Card payments. If net terms are preferred, please request to complete a credit application. Once your account has established net terms, you can manage individual payment and/or set-up autopayments from your account under the “My BABOR” tab section “Manage Payments”.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status directly from your account under the “My BABOR” tab.

To add or modify account information such as business details, new shipping address or contact information please contact BABOR Customer Support.

All sales are final. Please confirm order details prior to submitting order. Please contact BABOR Customer Support for claims regarding any product damage.
